"Yoks" is what Hawaiʻi locals endearingly call Yokohama Bay (Keawaʻula Beach), a hidden gem on Oʻahu's west side. On that quiet stretch of sand, time seemed to stand still.
Yoks Cafe was born from that memory – a desire to bring a piece of the island calm and sense of belonging into every cup. An invitation for our community to unplug from the grind and linger a little longer.
Living away from home, we yearn for the island spirit. Yoks Cafe is a nod to the islands, to family, to the people and places that shaped us.
We're a family-owned pop-up coffee cart based in Seattle. The drinks are grounded in techniques done right, with reminiscing flavors inspired by Hawaiʻi food culture & a creative twist!
Fewer Ingredients, More Flavor. Hawaiʻi food culture is made of vibrant flavors and natural ingredients grown right on the island. We honor that by making all our syrups in house, using as few ingredients as possible.
